The Kingdom of David is finally established as we turn to episode 10 in our podcast series. In this episode, we meet several interesting characters, including the sons of Zeruiah, Abner, Mephibosheth, and more. We walk through David’s coronation as king over Judah, the civil war with the tribes of Israel, and finally the unification of the country under King David. We also look at the wars of David and the conquest of Jerusalem. And in the middle of all that, we see the birth of a blood feud and the Bible’s first story about a person with disabilities.
