In episode 4 of the Kings and Prophets podcast series, we turn our gaze to the northern kingdom of Israel and the first king of the northern kingdom – Jeroboam. From his high origins, which began with the calling and selection of God, we see Jeroboam make a series of blunderous moves. At least three prophets are included in this story, and among them is a prophecy that will plot the ultimate destination of destruction for the northern kingdom because of moves that Jeroboam makes here.
