Considerations As You Read

Elijah was fearless in his confrontation with Ahab and the prophets of Baal. Zeal for the Lord consumed him.

1. What does the zeal for the Lord look like in my life? What is different in the way I live compared to the way the world around me lives? 

As zealous as he was at Mount Carmel, Elijah encounters a crisis as he runs to Mount Horeb. It is there that God reveals Himself to the prophet in a new way.
