This podcast episode is a supplement to our ongoing video series that examines Kingdom Worldviews. In part 2 we looked at Babylonian worldviews. A Babylonian worldview is any worldview derived from the self or this fallen world. We will be releasing several podcast episodes that provide examples of Babylonian worldviews to help you spot them in your news and media consumption and possibly even in yourself. This episode looks at Race-Based worldviews.
The topic of race is everywhere today. From critical race theory to white fragility and black lives matter…all of these are born of a race-based worldview. A race-based worldview is simply another Babylonian worldview. It is earth-based rather than kingdom-based.
Scripture tells us that flesh can only produce flesh and the flesh is doomed to failure. A Race-Based worldview seems legitimate as it counters obvious injustice, oppression, and wickedness. Like all Babylonian worldviews however it ends in failure and death.

Exit Polls Point to the Power of White Patriarchy – New York Times
When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21
